LEADERSHIP TEAM

Stephen Dick, Chief Executive Officer

Stephen is the former CEO of Dream Water Canada and the architect of the acquisition of Dream Water USA and the subsequent sale of Dream Water to Harvest One. Stephen brings 31 years of experience in brand development, channel strategy, sales promotion, shopper marketing, brand activation and digital and social media. He has held senior management positions with BBDO Canada, Global Experiential Marketing & Strateco Strategic Marketing Group.

Barry Goldlist, Chief COMMERCIAL Officer

Barry brings a unique blend of capabilities to the Beacon Hill Brands Team. With 30+ years experience, Barry has honed his skills as a tireless process manager. He led Dream Water Canada in the areas of regulatory process, legal affairs, finance and accounting. Blending with his own skill sets, Barry works daily with a host of Canada’s leading legal and accounting firms along with Health Canada and Provincial regulators across the country. 

Honor McLachlin, chief operating officer

 Honor is a seasoned marketing professional, from running the daily operations of Dream Water Canada and now, Beacon Hill Brands. With 20+ years of agency/client experience, Honor is a strong communicator and relationship builder with extensive project and account management experience, who drives results through leadership, maturity, and a consultative approach. Honor’s expertise includes managing operational costs, ensuring excellent customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, while monitoring financial activities of the business. 

George Fleming, Director of Strategy & Insights

Holding a B. COMM in Marketing Management, and a post-graduate certificate in Strategic Marketing, George is strategically minded, and a problem solver at heart. Always keeping up with developing trends and industry standards, he is currently a designated Chartered Marketer candidate. His strength and decade of experience in developing successful tactics and insights for entrepreneurial ventures, athletes, National Sport Organizations, and advertising agencies has given him a strong foundation to create successful national strategies for both established and emerging industries.
